I call this space my design lab. Here are some exciting projects I've worked on;
Diary Study on users' interactions with AI assistants
A diary study and interviews explored how users interact with AI assistants like Siri, Alexa, and ChatGPT, revealing patterns of trust, frustration, and convenience. The findings highlight key opportunities to make these tools more intuitive and reliable.
This project focuses on designing an AI Health Companion that supports patients and caregivers by monitoring real-time health data, improving medication adherence, coordinating appointments, and triggering emergency responses during health crises.
After struggling to track an order on the SHEIN app, I saw firsthand how confusing and incomplete the experience was. I couldn't ignore it as a designer, so, I redesigned the journey, streamlining the process, clarifying key touchpoints, and addressing common pain points like missing or delayed deliveries. The result: a user-centered solution that makes tracking feel effortless and reassuring.
Designed an intuitive app to connect customers with luxurious vehicles for various reasons. Also to make the booking process seamingless and fast.
A responsive real estate website built with Tailwind CSS and JavaScript, featuring dynamic layouts, property sliders, and mobile-friendly design.
This project involved designing and developing a responsive community library website that serves as both a physical and digital resource hub. Built in Figma and Framer, the platform offers seamless navigation, event updates, and accessible collections across devices.
